These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clarevento website and platform, operated by Clarevento Technologies Ltd ("Clarevento", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Ireland. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Platform Access
Access to the Clarevento platform is subject to an access-request process. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. Clarevento reserves the right to approve, decline or revoke access at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design elements and materials available on the Clarevento platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos and platform architecture — are the intellectual property of Clarevento Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
4. Platform Availability
Clarevento endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the platform or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Clarevento will not be liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Clarevento platform and all information, insights and outputs provided through it are offered on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any content or output generated by the platform. Automated outputs should be considered as structured information only and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clarevento Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any reliance on platform outputs, access disruptions or data loss.

The Clarevento platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational purposes only. Clarevento does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party site.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
